Piping Cost Estimator

Seeking a Piping Cost Estimator for a high growth HVAC company in the Leominster, MA area.
location: Leominster, Massachusetts

salary: $35 - 40 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Assembles a cost estimate and written proposal that details scope of work. Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project. Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
- Manages and oversees the department quoting log documenting key matrix of the quoting process.
- Performs follow-up calls to ensure proposal was received and review meeting can be scheduled.
- Organizes the pre job documents from the engineer.
- Tracks sales cost of awarded jobs.
- Maintains estimation tool updates.
- Maintains parts database with commonly used parts
- Defines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
- Performs take off for material ordering as requested.
