Job Posting Title Client Sales Executive - Remote Job Description The Client Sales Executive is a dedicated sales position responsible for supporting the growth of the client's Administrative Services Only (ASO) member business by providing customized sales support as part of our integrated approach. This role will proactively develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies in coordination with the client, EmblemHealth, to achieve local market growth across all their member segments. This position leads the pharmacy sales process including the Request For Proposal (RFP) process, contract negotiations, site visits and follow up meetings. Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that prioritize high-value accounts and drive prospecting activities in collaboration with EmblemHealth; maintain accurate pipeline status and deliver timely sales reporting and forecasting through the CRM platform
- Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and EmblemHealth’s sales and account management teams to ensure alignment and maximize partnership opportunities
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Prime’s products and services, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities; effectively communicate Prime’s value proposition to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal leaders and executives to shape message positioning, prospect development strategies, and sales collateral needs through proposals; ensure Prime’s key messages are consistently delivered to EmblemHealth’s sales and account management teams
- In partnership with Prime leadership, participate in Go-to-Market strategy sessions to review performance, recommend product and service enhancements, and execute market-driven plans
- Educate client sales, marketing, and account management teams on industry trends, new product developments, and competitive insights; provide impactful collateral and sales support to accelerate the sales process
- Manage contracting processes for sales agreements, ensuring timely execution, compliance with organizational standards, and alignment with negotiated terms to support revenue goals
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, sales or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High school diploma or GED required
- 7 years of work experience in direct sales, sales support, business development, and/or client management in the health care or PBM industry
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Strong knowledge of PBM strategies, pricing, trends and market dynamics to evaluate and create integrated sales opportunities
- Ability to develop and deliver effective messages, presentations and proposals to sell integrated pharmacy solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with client and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple prospects and proposals
- Must be internally driven and results-oriented to succeed in a sales environment
- Working knowledge of CRM tool
- Ability to travel up to 40%
- Experience selling to health plans, employer groups, and/or labor unions/labor groups
- Experience in Medicare / Government programs
