As a Specialty Service Pro with Clancy Brothers Pest Control, you will play a critical role in providing safe and effective pest and wildlife services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining professional standards. This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $26-$36, depending on experience and performance, with additional commission and bonus opportunities.

Training includes:
- Inspection and proper assessment techniques.
- Safe application of wildlife treatments and removal services.
- Effective customer communication and education strategies.

- Vehicle maintenance best practices.
- Leadership and mentoring opportunities for new technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow Company Processes: Perform inspections, assessments, and wildlife treatments to company standards.
- Customer Communication and Education: Engage with clients to explain services, provide education, and address concerns.
- Documentation and Payment Collection: Accurately document services, complete orders, and collect payments promptly.
- Scheduling and Routing: Communicate with the office to manage schedule changes and ensure route completion.
- Daily Check-In/Out: Coordinate with your supervisor to report progress and receive updates.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure the safe operation of your vehicle.
- Special Service Work: Conduct wildlife-specific projects with precision and efficiency.
- Training and Mentoring: Support and guide new technicians to help them succeed.
- Achieve KPIs: Meet daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators to drive success.

Requirements:
- Past experience in pest control or wildlife management.
- Ladder experience and fall safety training required.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Acceptance to background checks, drug testing, and pre-employment screenings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in wildlife management or related fields.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Experience mentoring or training team members.
