Part-Time Bookkeeper

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, strong knowledge with QuickBooks desktop, part-time Bookkeeper to join our team. If you’re organized, reliable, and experienced in handling financials, we’d love to hear from you! Bonus if you have prior experience in the security or electrical industry.

Responsibilities:
-Manage accounts payable and receivables
-Reconcile bank and credit card statements
-Process weekly company payroll

-Prepare State and Federal Payroll/Withholding and Sales Tax filings
-Familiarity with preparing Certified Payrolls
-Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
-Assist with month-end and year-end reporting
-Ability to collaborate with our CPA for annual tax preparation

Requirements:
-Strong knowledge in QuickBooks (Desktop)
-Proven bookkeeping experience (3+ years preferred)
-Strong attention to detail
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
-Excellent communication skills
