Enterprise Project Manager
- 5 Years experience in Enterprise IT Programs, Process Improvement, or Software Engineering Project Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading projects with cross-functional, hybrid teams consisting of in-house and external staff and vendors.
- Strong skillset in negotiation, ability to influence, and communication
- Proficient with PPM tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday, Smartsheet, Jira, or Workfront.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for financial reporting and dashboarding.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
- Project Management Certification, preferably PMP or equivalent certification (PRINCE2) and experience with financial systems (Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry) strongly desired
- Agile Project Management certification, preferably Scrum Master or equivalent certification
