Job Description : Montilio’s Baking Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Bakery/Pizzeria Manager to oversee daily operations within our retail bakery and pizzeria. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baked goods and pizza, possess strong leadership skills, and have a keen eye for customer service. This role requires a focus on managing staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction while maintaining the high-quality standards that Montilio's is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations of the bakery and pizzeria.

- Lead, train, and develop retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.

- Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs effectively.

- Monitor product quality and presentation to maintain brand standards.

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure adequate stock levels.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and pizzeria areas following health and safety regulations.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.

- Collaborate with upper management to develop marketing strategies and promotions.

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health codes.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a bakery or pizzeria setting.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

- Passion for baking and cooking, with familiarity with bakery and pizzeria operations.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
