Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn and garden maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Prune shrubs, trees, and perennials using proper horticultural techniques
- Assist with seasonal cleanups such as leaf removal and debris hauling in spring and fall
- Spread mulch, compost, and other materials with attention to detail
- Operate hand tools, power equipment, and small machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite and company vehicle
- Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and Foremen to complete assigned tasks
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with team members and clients
Qualifications
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motion
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Yarmouth, MA
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Compensation
