Job Title: Plating OperatorShift: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri (7:00am - 3:45pm) Job Summary:
The Plating Operator will work within a plating department able to perform plating operations predetermined by the plating department supervisor. Responsibilities:
- Perform plating operations: washing, dipping, rinsing, and drying of components in plating baths
- Inspect plated parts for quality issues such as uneven finish, discoloration, or defects
- Assist with related duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent hand and eye coordination.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and prioritization understanding.
- Ability to read work tickets, good written and verbal communication.
- Ability to stand and move around for long periods of time.
- Adherence to safety protocols/OSHA guidelines
- Comfortable working in a hot environment (temperature)
