SUMMARY:
Hudson Public Schools is seeking a long term sub for a BCBA at Mulready Elementary School with approximate dates of May 11, 2026 through November, 2026. (The District may be open to some flexibility in start and end dates based on candidate availability)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct student observations, screenings, and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to determine behavioral support needs.- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with student IEPs.
- Collaborate with school teams (IST/IEP), staff, and families to support student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate student data, documentation, and reports in a timely and confidential manner.
- Provide consultation, training, and guidance to staff and families on behavior strategies.
- Communicate regularly with staff, families, and outside providers regarding student progress.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and district policies.
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Proficiency with data collection and technology tools.
- Successful completion of Criminal Records Check (CORI), and fingerprints
Terms of Employment:
- temporary employment
- Eligible for Benefits & Insurance after 90 days.
Pay Scale:
- Licensed Long Term Subs = $ 46.08/hour - $61.94/hour.
Licensed Long Term Subs will be placed accordingly within this range dependent upon years of experience and degrees.

While performing duties of this job, the employee may often remain in a stationary position for considerable periods of time. The employee will have also have ample periods of standing and may be required to traverse throughout the building. The employee must frequently use hands and frequently operates a computer and other office productivity machinery (i.e., calculator, copy machine, and computer printer). Physical abilities may also include lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling, stooping/crouching, reaching/handling, talking/hearing conversations, and near/far visual acuity/depth perception/color vision/field. Ability must be able to lift and/or push and pull 15 to 20lbs for short periods, and walk up and down stairs several times a day. The employee must be able to communicate effectively with students, staff members, and the public in person and on the telephone.
