Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic for a first shift position who is skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining various systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Utilize programming and PLC troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix issues.
• Conduct welding tasks as needed for equipment maintenance.
• Operate and maintain tools effectively, ensuring all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Knowledge in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Proficiency in electrical systems.
• Possession of own tools for maintenance tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with PLC and welding is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

The position operates on a first shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

This is a Permanent position based out of Southbridge, Massachusetts.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Sturbridge,MA.
