We are currently looking for a Full-Time overnight Houseperson/Laundry Attendant to join our Team! Our 142 room Hampton Inn by Hilton in Marlborough is located near Apex Entertainment and many corporate offices. We’re off US 20 and I-495, ten minutes from I-90. New England Sports Center and New England Baseball Complex are three miles away. Our guests from all over the country enjoy a daily complimentary delicious breakfast. The Hampton Inn is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates.

This position will be responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel during the overnight shifts.

Overnight shifts – 11pm to 7am

• Responds to guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Stocks room attendant carts and supplies
• Cleans furniture, elevators, glass etc., in public areas such as lobby, pool, public restrooms.
• Tends laundering machines – to provide ample linen supplies for morning shift.
• Assists with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Assists with shuttle service (if applicable.)

What You Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 Years Experience laundry or housekeeping
• Hotel Experience a plus
• Excellent Customer Service
• Able to work overnight shift 11pm to 7am (and weekends and holidays)
• Hotel brand Experience a plus
• Valid Driver’s License (if applicable)
