MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. Our Adult Day Health Center in Dorchester , is looking for a dedicated Supervisor of Health Services to provide clinical leadership and ensure the highest standards of care for our participants. Working alongside a passionate interdisciplinary team, you'll play a key role in delivering compassionate, person-centered services while building your leadership experience in a rewarding healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support two or more nurses
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Oversee participant health services, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments
• Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe environment for participants and staff

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts nursing license (LPN or RN)
• Two years of nursing management or supervisory experience
• Two years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
