Executive Assistant - Commercial
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.
- High school diploma required. Associate's degree in Secretarial Science, Business, or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment with recent experience supporting executives in a corporate environment preferred.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
- Experience coordinating complex international travel and managing detailed logistics
- Ability to work independently and identify/resolve issues
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours when needed
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, matrix environment
- Proficiency with expense management systems and virtual meeting platforms
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and project management skills
