Responsibilities

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers
• Provide accurate parts lookups and recommendations
• Supply parts to technicians in a timely manner
• Process special orders and backorders
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
• Communicate effectively with advisors and technicians
• Support wholesale parts growth initiatives
• Deliver exceptional customer service
