Gastroenterologist - Greater Boston
Gastro Health is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterologists to join our private practice teams in Acton, Chelmsford, and Framingham . Each group has its own physician leadership and operational structure.
Newly established compensation model for both new associates and partnership conversions! Our model offers clinical autonomy, work-life balance, and long-term wealth-building potential through private practice ownership — supported by the infrastructure of the nation's largest private GI group.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $500,000 – $550,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
Additional compensation includes:
• Signing bonus
• Fellowship stipend (for current GI fellows)
• Productivity incentives (wRVU model)
• Transition bonus leading to partnership
• Relocation assistance
