Our client, a prominent law firm in Boston, is seeking a Mid-level Associate to join their Investment Management practice focusing on Private Funds. With a high-value compensation package ranging from $225K-$435K plus full benefits, including 401k, PTO, and parental leave, this role presents a lucrative opportunity in the legal market. The firm offers sophisticated, high-profile work in complex private fund matters such as fund formation, GP-led restructurings, and institutional investor transactions, providing exposure to prestigious and challenging projects that foster professional development.

Responsibilities:
- Engage in fund formation activities across various fund types (hedge, VC, private equity)
- Assist in management entity structuring and carry/bonus plans
- Participate in complex transactions involving institutional investors or co-investments
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of large law firm experience in private funds or related investment management work
- Technical expertise in private funds, including fund formation and institutional investor transactions
- Active membership of the Massachusetts Bar
