Nucar Honda of Norwood is seeking a high-performing, experienced General Sales Manager to lead our dynamic, high-volume operation. This is an exceptional opportunity for a proven leader ready to take their career to the next level with a top-tier import dealership in a prime location south of Boston.

What We're Looking For: We are searching for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is not afraid to work the schedule required to drive results. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated history of success in a large-volume dealership (225–325+ units monthly) and can effectively manage and inspire a team of 50+ professionals.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of the sales department including new, used, and F&I operations
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Maintain accountability across departments while fostering a positive culture
• Work closely with executive leadership to execute growth strategies

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a GM/GSM in a high-volume dealership (225–325 units/month)
• Proven ability and desire to grow into the next level of leadership
• Strong leadership style - lead from the front, not from the desk
• Previous experience as both a Used Car Manager and Finance Manager
• Demonstrated success managing large teams (50+ employees)
• Strong understanding of inventory management, desking, and variable operations
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales, gross, and CSI objectives
• Verifiable references and proven track record of success in a high volume location
