Job Title: Assembler
Location: Worcester, MA
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Savvy Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers for a manufacturing company in Worcester, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable assembling small components in a production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a coil winding machine to produce quality components
- Assemble small parts and components accurately according to specifications
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Job Requirements:
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience working with very small parts is a plus
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Must be dependable and able to work a consistent schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
