With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add a Site Supervisor in the Boston, Massachusetts Area.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to maintaining safety and security at all times.

We are looking for a candidate with fill availability.

The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of an assigned security guard team to ensure the safety and security of post location and perimeter. From exhibiting professionalism and tact when responding to escalated situations to providing mentorship and guidance in support of the security team, the Security Field Supervisor works in conjunction with HR and Operations teams to foster best practices that are compliant with federal/state regulations and respectful of our company policies and protocols.

Position Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Valid CPR-AED certification is a plus
• Exceptional work ethic
• Minimum 5 years of experience in security
• Minimum 2 years of experience in security supervision

Compensation : $20.50 an hour

Schedule: Saturday- Wednesday 1:30PM-9:00PM (Thursday and Friday off)
