Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and RF testing on system sub-assemblies and circuit boards using both manual and automated test equipment.

• Follow detailed Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet strict quality and performance standards.

• Operate various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to verify product functionality.

• Accurately document test data, update databases, assist with report generation, and support continuous improvements to test procedures.

• Conduct basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies.

• Partner with production, quality, and engineering teams to support throughput and ongoing process improvements.

Essential Skills

• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task completion.

• High attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.

• Understanding of ESD procedures and familiarity with electronic test equipment.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the organization.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Exposure to electrical or micro-electronics through coursework, internships, labs, or previous experience is preferred but not required.

• Must be eligible to obtain an interim clearance.

Work Environment

Work a 4/10 schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for overtime. Enjoy three-day weekends while building your career at an industry leader. The role is based in Chelmsford, MA and offers a full-time day shift position.

Other shifts: 3rd shift, weekend shift

This is a Contract position based out of Chelmsford, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
