We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Assistant specialist to become an integral part of our sales and operations team. - Support the sales team with essential administrative tasks, including data entry and order processing.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage spreadsheets, databases, and electronic records with high accuracy.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by resolving issues and answering client questions promptly.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer order and product information in internal systems.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Track sales activity and documentation to ensure smooth workflows across the office .
- Communicate with internal team members to follow up on missing information or order details.
- Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar administrative or office role.
- Technical Proficiency: Required knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Customer Focused: Proven track record of delivering excellent Customer Service and professional communication.
- Adaptability: Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
- Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Judgment: Ability to use good judgment when making critical business decisions.
Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $20 - $21/hr
