Remote Lead Director, E-Commerce Operations

In this pivotal role, you will manage the entire online sales ecosystem focused on driving revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will lead website development initiatives, optimize user experience, and oversee digital marketing efforts. Accountabilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive revenue.
• Oversee the e-commerce platform, ensuring functionality and performance.
• Implement digital marketing strategies to boost traffic and conversion rates.
• Manage day-to-day operations including order processing and inventory logistics.
• Analyze KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Enhance the customer experience from browsing to checkout.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with business goals.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to stay competitive in the market.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s or 6+ years with a Master’s in relevant fields.
• Proven track record in e-commerce strategy development and implementation.
• Experience in managing e-commerce operations in large organizations.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with managing platforms and integrating technologies (ERP, CRM).
• Experience working in regulated industries is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills to monitor performance data and KPIs.
