Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Wood Finisher to join our team. As a Wood Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishes to wood surfaces, ensuring high-quality results. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and proficiency in various finishing techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare wood surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling cracks, and applying sealants
- Apply stains, varnishes, and other finishes to enhance the appearance of wood
- Use brushes, sprayers, or other tools to apply finishes evenly and smoothly
- Ensure proper drying and curing of finishes
- Inspect finished surfaces for imperfections and make necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean Safe and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wood Finisher or similar role
- Proficiency in various wood finishing techniques
- Knowledge of different types of wood and their characteristics
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in wood finishing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

-abitlity to manage projects and finish work in a timely manner

-Minimum 5 years in the millwork, finishing or cabinet industry
