Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist (PT) experience – Required
- New graduates are welcome to apply if they have completed a Level II Clinical Experience (Level I observation experience alone does not qualify).
- Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation experience – Required
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist License – Required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or equivalent).
- Current BLS certification (preferred if required by facility).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
