About the Position
TravelNurseSource is working with GSK SOLUTIONS INC to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Concord, Massachusetts, 01742!
We are seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a night shift travel assignment in a busy acute care hospital setting. Candidates must be strong in telemetry and neuro patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care for Med Surg and Telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to patient condition changes
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Float to similar units as needed

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
- Strong telemetry and neuro experience required
- Travel experience required
- Active MA RN License required
- AHA BLS required
- MediTech experience preferred
- Must pass telemetry test during orientation
