Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote | WFH

What You'll Do:

Provide Individual Telehealth Psychotherapy: Offer compassionate and effective therapy sessions to medical first responders via secure video conferencing.
Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create tailored therapeutic treatment plans that address their unique needs and challenges.
Maintain Accurate and Timely Records: Ensure thorough and confidential documentation of client sessions and progress.
Collaborate Within a Supportive Team: Engage with a diverse team of clinical and non-clinical professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Focus on Patient Care: Enjoy the freedom to focus solely on patient care, as we handle all credentialing, referrals, appointment scheduling, billing, and accounting tasks.
What We're Looking For:

Licensure: You must hold a current and valid LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD license in the state of Massachusetts.
Clinical Experience: A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing individual psychotherapy is required.
Healthcare/First Responder Experience: Experience working with healthcare professionals or first responders is highly valued.
Passion for Learning: A genuine desire to learn new skills and share your expertise within a collaborative team.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to diverse communication styles and priorities.
Telehealth Proficiency (Preferred): Experience utilizing telemedicine platforms and online video communication tools is a plus.
Evidence-Based Practice (Preferred): Familiarity with and experience in evidence-based psychotherapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), is highly desirable.
Clinical Assessment (Preferred): Experience using clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.
