Custodian (Monday through Friday, 4:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.)

Mapfre is seeking a dependable and motivated Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our employees and visitors. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking to build a long-term career with a company that values its people.

What You'll Do

• Keep office and common areas clean and professional
• Dust and clean surfaces throughout the facility
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Replenish restroom supplies and other essential items
• Clean cafeteria tables, appliances, and shared spaces
• Wet and dry mop floors and hallways
• Assist with facility upkeep, including snow removal and security-related support

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous custodial or cleaning experience is a plus
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions and cleaning product guidelines
• Valid driver's license required
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Pay Transparency: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at Mapfre are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Pay Range: $36,270 - $40,300 (non-exempt)
