We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP, Account Director for Data-Driven Performance Marketing to join a dynamic team. This leadership position is ideal for someone passionate about helping clients leverage data to elevate their marketing strategies. You'll play a key role in growing our existing client base, while also leading pre-sales and pitching opportunities with new clients.

This role requires someone who is not only commercially savvy but also deeply knowledgeable about data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate will excel at creating and delivering services that enhance customer experiences, optimize marketing outcomes, and drive value from client data assets.

How You'll Spend Your Day
Reporting to the Group Managing Director, you will be a key player in driving the growth of Data-Driven Performance Marketing (DDP). You will work closely with specialists and leadership teams to meet commercial goals and deliver impactful results. Your responsibilities will include:

Account Leadership & Growth: Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and maximizing profitability.
Client Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships across all client levels, becoming a trusted business partner.
Strategic Planning: Identify the resources and strategies needed to enhance data-driven marketing services, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Cross-Channel Leadership: Lead and collaborate with teams across data strategy, analytics, and technical disciplines to deliver exceptional results.
Client Development: Leverage opportunities for new business by understanding client needs and crafting actionable growth plans.
You'll also travel across major cities (Boston, Atlanta, NYC, Dallas) to strengthen client relationships and support business development efforts.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of leadership, data marketing expertise, and business development experience. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Key Qualifications:

10+ years of relevant professional experience, including 7+ years of business development and enterprise account management.
Proven success in growing accounts and driving DDP revenue.
Experience leading cross-functional teams (data, tech, marketing).
Strong consultative selling experience with the ability to engage with C-suite executives and create impactful presentations.
Deep understanding of data strategy, customer insights, and marketing performance optimization.
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn from challenges.
