Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Collaborate with a team of 10 NNPs/PAs and 7 neonatologists managing high-risk infants.
- Provide evidence-based care, attend deliveries, participate in transport, and utilize advanced respiratory support modalities.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including respiratory therapists, dieticians, pharmacists, and other specialists.
- Engage in clinical and quality improvement research and contribute to medical education.
- Flexible scheduling with 12 or 24-hour shifts, full-time, part-time, and per diem options available.
- Qualifications include BC in Neonatal Care; experience in a Level III nursery preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.
