About the Role
Through our partnership with Boston Public Schools (BPS), we provide in-school ABA services to students in the Dorchester, MA area who need extra support to thrive. This role is ideal for a BCBA who values flexibility, meaningful connections, and focused clinical work—without billables, assessments, or administrative overload.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver in-school ABA services for BPS students needing supplemental or non-traditional support
- Collaborate with school teams and families to ensure continuity of care
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians as needed
- Focus on quality outcomes and meaningful progress—not productivity metrics
Requirements
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Massachusetts LBA license (required)
- Experience working in home or school-based settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
