What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, including wound care, medication management, catheter care, diabetic care, and more.
• Completing comprehensive assessments and developing personalized care plans.
• Educating patients and families — and repeating yourself patiently when needed.
• Documenting clearly and efficiently in a user-friendly EMR.
• Managing a range of care — from wellness checks to complex cases — with the time to do it well.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
• 1+ year of clinical experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while still valuing team support
• EMR experience preferred (ours won’t emotionally damage you)
• Home health or similar experience required

• Experience with neurological or complex care populations
• Experience providing care under waiver or specialty programs (ABI, pediatric, etc.)
• Comfort educating and collaborating with families and caregivers
• A sense of humor — it helps in home care
