As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of both mother and baby during the birthing process. You will work closely with obstetricians, midwives, and a team of experienced nurses to provide personalized care tailored to each family's needs.

• Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support birthing preferences and ensure a safe delivery
• Monitor and assess the condition of patients, administering medications and treatments as necessary
• Educate and support families on postpartum care and infant care practices
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements:

• 2 years of current Labor & Delivery experience
• Postpartum/Mother Baby experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Massachusetts RN license
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Active STABLE certification
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
• Must have own vehicle for the assignment
