Conveyancing Assistant
- Role: Conveyancing Assistant
- Team: New Homes (Conveyancing)
- Location: Bristol, or Taunton
- Working Pattern: Full time – office based

- Manage caseloads and provide crucial administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide individuals and businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of conveyancing transactions.
- Provide a high-level support service for the team, by helping it meet its overall targets.
- Amend and collate letters with enclosures adhering to deadlines and securing appropriate signoffs from relevant Lawyers.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and third parties, promptly addressing correspondence, calls, and emails.
- Work alongside Conveyancers and members of the wider Real Estate Group.
- Handle various post-completion tasks, progressively taking on more responsibility for deadlines.
- Experience working within conveyancing and an understanding of conveyancing procedures. – ideal if you are looking for a step into this level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail.
- Capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately, meeting the needs of assigned lawyers.
- Commitment to working within a quality standard environment.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
