Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist Opportunities

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), a well-respected, nationally recognized and award-winning public healthcare system is seeking Full-time or Part-time Psychiatrists to join our Adult Outpatient Psychiatry service. CHA is comprised of three Hospital campuses and an integrated network of both primary and specialty outpatient care practices in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s Metro North Region, with a fully integrated electronic medical record system (EPIC). The CHA Department of Psychiatry is recognized as a leader in patient care, teaching and research.
Opportunities are available at clinics in Cambridge, Somerville, Revere and Everett in both general psychiatry and specialty clinics. Successful candidates will work with a multidisciplinary team serving the local community and providing high quality care to our underserved and diverse patient population. Candidates will also have the opportunity to contribute to the department by teaching and supervising residents and other trainees, and may also have the opportunity to participate in existing departmental research programs. Candidates must be BE or BC in Psychiatry and possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to public health populations.
CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The full time guaranteed base salary range of $234,000-$259,000 is based on years of experience.
CHA is a teaching affiliate of HMS. This position carries an HMS appointment of Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor, commensurate with HMS appointment criteria, candidate qualifications and commitment to teaching responsibilities.
