Aviva Psychology Services, a psychologist and women owned mid-size group practice, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will support the front and back end of our business, including data entry, providing responsive client support, and administrative special projects. This role requires dedicated set hours during 9AM-5PM hours, with some flexibility to make a full time position and is fully remote. As a small organization there is a unique opportunity to help organize and grow the position over time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming inquiries and follow ups from potential patients.

• Collaborate with staff and patients flexibly and responsively as needed to resolve client concerns.

• Data entry for billing and intake.

• Check insurance benefits for new and established clients.

• Other duties as determined and assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field.

• 2-years work experience in customer service/client management.

• Have excellent emotional maturity and interpersonal effectiveness skills, including the ability to be emotionally responsive, nonreactive, and validating of any concerns or feelings that clients bring forth while also being clear and consistent with Aviva policies and limits.
