We are seeking skilled Wood Framers to join our team for large-scale commercial projects. This role involves framing, trimming, cutting, and nailing wood structures, contributing to the construction of impressive commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Execute wood framing tasks including cutting, trimming, and nailing.
• Perform stair and rafter cutting with precision.
• Install pre-fabricated wall panels and trusses efficiently.
• Engage in multi-family and commercial wood framing projects.

Essential Skills

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• General construction knowledge.
• Experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in bilingual teams.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Wood framing experience is highly advantageous.
• Capability to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Reliable transportation.

Work Environment

This role requires candidates to supply their own basic hand tools, including work boots, tool belt, chalk line, 25 FT tape measure, speed square, cat paw, and framing hammer. Work within a collaborative and inclusive team on varied site locations.

This is a Contract position based out of Plainville, MA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Plainville,MA.
