Job Title: Human Resources Advisor
Job Description
The HR Advisor serves as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, responding to questions related to benefits, policies, HR programs, and employee records. This role focuses on providing timely, accurate, and high-quality customer service primarily via phone and email while supporting core HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and self-service tools.
- Complete HR transactions related to employee lifecycle changes and data updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Deliver a high level of customer service in every interaction.
- Support process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Human resources experience.
- Employee relations expertise.
- Onboarding experience.
- Data entry proficiency.
- Customer service skills.
- Knowledge of employee benefits.
- Administrative support capabilities.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of human resources experience or 2+ years of professional customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working in HR systems and handling confidential information.
This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
