About the opening:
- Pay: $22/hr

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for departmental inquiries and manage communication channels
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence for the Dean and faculty
- Support program directors with scheduling, communication tasks, and administrative duties
- Aid in preparing program materials and accreditation reports
- Handle inventory, purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports
- Assist with office mailings and distribution
- Contribute to fostering an inclusive working and learning environment
- Perform other assigned administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion
