Mental Health Clinician - Older Teens/adults:
You recognize the myriad of challenges your clients are faced with day to day. You don’t silver line—instead, you meet your clients where they are at. You see therapy as a collaborative effort and your client’s are in charge of creating their goals. It’s important to you to be part of a team, share your ideas, and to be seen as an expert in your field.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Conduct thorough client assessments and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, focusing on behavioral health and mental wellness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring a safe environment for clients.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts
• Proficient in therapeutic techniques
• Strong skills in client care, assessment, and medical documentation
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology

Open to in-office, hybrid, and telehealth options for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40-$55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
