Occupational Therapist Job Details

• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,130 - $2,190 per week

Occupational Therapist Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license (Massachusetts OT license preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist, ideally in inpatient rehab or hospital settings
• Certification as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced hospital environment

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including nurses, physicians, and other therapists
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with hospital policies
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
