From the HM: For this specific router modernization project, we need somebody who can speak the language of the architects & developers and can unblock coding challenges, while also leading projects effectively and communicating clearly with high-level stakeholders. This project has lots of eyeballs on it, so we need a candidate that can do both. I would say the candidates that’ve seen so far lean heavier on the project management side, whereas the engineering chops are lacking a bit.

Location: Onsite in Boston 3 days a week Top Must Haves:

• 8-10+ years delivering complex technology programs/projects in regulated or mission critical environments
• Strong background in integration, middleware, data movement, or infrastructure platforms
• Backend enterprise software
• Generalized IT background
• STLC full form end to end: to be able to drive, deliver, and be accountable
• Execute and report to senior management
• Nice to have financial background
• Able to strive for success

Communications:

• Provides concise, decision oriented updates to senior leadership
• Comfortable escalating issues, challenging assumptions, and forcing clarity

Success in this role:

• Delivered predictably with minimal production disruption
• Risks identified and mitigated early; no surprise failures
• Leadership confidence that “this program is under control”
• Candidates must be credible with senior systems leadership—not just project teams.

Candidates qualifications:

• 8+ years delivering complex technology programs in regulated or mission critical environments
• Strong background in integration, middleware, data movement, or infrastructure platforms
• Demonstrated ownership of high?risk production changes
• Comfortable operating across engineering, technical operations, and vendor teams

Estimated Min Rate : $65.00

Estimated Max Rate : $80.00
