What You’ll Do:
- Manage recruiting, job postings, onboarding, and performance management through ADP HRIS
- Interface with employees and management to ensure smooth HR operations and strong customer service
- Maintain personnel records, manage career pages, and assist with performance systems
- Oversee HR budgets, track invoices, and reporting
- Coordinate employee engagement events and assist with administrative HR tasks
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a HR Administrator, Generalist, or related position
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably ADP (Workday also acceptable)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SharePoint
