Psychologist for Assessment & Testing - Doctoral Level

BETR Neuropsych is hiring a Master’s or Doctoral-level psychologist (PhD, PsyD, or MA/MS in Psychology) to join our assessment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in psychological and/or psychoeducational testing, a strong foundation in clinical interviewing, and a commitment to holistic, strengths-based care. Supervision and ongoing professional development are core to our practice culture, making this an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals or those seeking to deepen their assessment expertise.

What you'd do

• Conduct comprehensive psychological, psychoeducational, and/or neuropsychological assessments for children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessment instruments (e.g., cognitive, academic, emotional, behavioral)
• Integrate test results with clinical interviews, background history, and collateral information to develop meaningful, individualized reports
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients, families, and referral sources in both written and verbal formats
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in regular supervision/consultation
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards

What you bring

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology or related field (PhD, PsyD, EdS, MA/MS)
• Licensed or license-eligible as a psychologist or psychological associate in [State]
• Foundational training and experience in psychological assessment and test administration
• Strong clinical interviewing skills and ability to synthesize complex information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and strengths-based practice
