The Role

As a Honda/Acura Certified Service Advisor , your core responsibilities will include:

• Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Listen to guest concerns and accurately record information
• Take ownership of the guest experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the guest
• Provide recommendations and estimates for necessary repairs and maintenance
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians time is consistently sold to service guests
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and review vehicle service history
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Answer questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain customer service satisfaction scores at or above company standards
• You’ll play a vital role in supporting the company’s strategic goals while contributing to daily operations and long term initiatives.

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for individuals who demonstrate:

• 5 Years Honda/Acura Service Advisor
• Organized and friendly personality
• Demonstrated ability to multitask
• Time management skills
• Tekion experience preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong positive CSI results
• Team oriented and self motivated
• Able to work with little supervision
• Valid driver’s license
