Salary range: $125,000–$140,000+ (based on experience)

Our client is a well-established and expanding pain management practice, offering an exceptional opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to make a real impact in patients’ lives. What You’ll Do
• Provide compassionate care to patients with chronic and acute pain
• Conduct thorough assessments and physical exams
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop and manage tailored treatment plans
• Prescribe medications in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Coordinate interventional procedures as needed
• Educate patients and families on pain management strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Work closely with physicians and support staff to ensure quality care
What You Bring
• Active NP or PA license in Massachusetts
• Eagerness to learn: new graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Passion for long-term patient care and collaborative teamwork

• Exposure to pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or primary care
• EMR experience
• Bilingual skills
