We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our growing manufacturing team in the Gardner area . Multiple positions and shifts are available.
OPEN POSITIONS- Shipper / Receiver
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and documentation.
Assembly – 1st Shift
- Shift: 1st Shift (Daytime hours)
- Perform assembly operations while meeting quality and production standards.
Packer/Machine Operators Positions
- 1st Shift:
- 2nd Shift:
- 3rd Shift:-Need the ability to train on another shift for 2 weeks.
- Responsible for packing finished goods, labeling, and preparing products for shipment.
Cell Leader – 3rd Shift
- Lead and support production cell operations
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
- Prior manufacturing or leadership experience preferred
Mold Technician – 2nd Shift
- Shift: 2nd Shift
- Training: Must train on 1st Shift initially
- Responsible for mold setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate
QUALIFICATIONS
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required for all roles
- Ability to work assigned shift reliably
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork
- Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as required
