Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals.
• Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
• Must submit screening questions and current resume prior to assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scheduling productivity of approximately 55–63 patients per week with typical treatment cadence of 2 treatments per hour and 1-hour evaluations.
• Prior travel or temporary assignment experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Schedule flexibility includes options such as 4x10, 5x8, or 4x9 with additional hours on Friday.
• EMR: Raintree.
• Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Travelers must complete three HealthStream modules prior to assignment. Agency will be reimbursed with a lump sum upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services that support patient recovery and functional improvement. You will work within established productivity expectations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. Documentation and use of the Raintree EMR are required.
