ER RN Job Details – Milton, MA

• Location: Milton, Massachusetts 02186 (Greater Boston healthcare jobs)
• Facility Setting: Emergency Department (ED)
• Position Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Start Date: October 7, 2025
• End Date: January 3, 2026
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00pm – 7:00am)
• Hours per Week: 36 (guaranteed 72 hours biweekly)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2470–$2540
• Orientation: Monthly, with required clinical testing prior to acceptance

ER Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience in a U.S. hospital
• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license (MA RN license) required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC required; PALS or ENPC preferred
• Ability to pass ECG/Telemetry and Medication tests (one attempt, 85% passing score)
• Flu vaccine required prior to start date
• No local travelers (must reside more than 50 miles from Milton, MA facility)
• Must not have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health within the last 6 months
• All time-off requests must be submitted with application

ER RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and initiate appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members
• Administer medications and treatments per hospital protocols
• Respond to medical emergencies and deliver life-saving interventions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all hospital policies
