  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of AI in our engineering practices and share successful use cases.
  • Publicizing the team's valuable work through various channels such as blogs, web postings, and conference talks.

What You Will Bring

  • Demonstrated experience with microservices architecture and concepts, including a solid understanding of APIs, versioning strategies, and monitoring tools
  • Proficiency in testing methodologies, including unit, integration and end-to-end testing.
  • Knowledge of at least one major cloud provider, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with container-related technologies like Kubernetes or OpenShift, or expertise in virtualization or distributed systems.

  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Proficient in Agile Methodology(e.g., Scrum, Kanban), TDD, BDD.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) concepts, particularly as they apply to operational optimization, intelligent automation, or data analysis
  • Practical experience applying AI-assisted tools to improve code quality, accelerate development cycles, and enhance problem-solving.
  • A proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving technical landscapes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent working experience is required.

The Following Are Considered a Plus

  • Industry experience with OpenShift or a Kubernetes distribution.
  • Experience in open source development
  • Industry experience of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Compute Engine (GCE), or Microsoft Azure.
