The Opportunity
The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and scalable growth across Flywire’s Go-to-Market teams. This role goes beyond traditional reporting by leveraging automation, AI-driven insights, and intelligent systems to improve decision-making, reduce manual work, and increase Sales productivity.
You will design and optimize data workflows, build automated reporting solutions, and partner cross-functionally to embed more efficient, tech-enabled processes across the revenue organization. This role is ideal for someone who is analytically strong, systems-oriented, and excited to apply AI and automation to modernize Sales Operations.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve recurring reporting and analytics (forecast, pipeline, productivity, KPIs) by building automated and scalable solutions that deliver real-time, actionable insights to GTM leaders
- Design and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reporting frameworks, incorporating automation and AI-assisted analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Identify and eliminate manual processes by implementing automation across workflows such as territory management, quota assignments, and CRM data maintenance
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and Enterprise Systems to reimagine processes using automation, AI tools, and system integrations to improve efficiency and data quality
- Evaluate and implement new tools or capabilities (AI, workflow automation, data enrichment) that enhance GTM productivity and decision-making
- Support Sales enablement by building scalable documentation, training, and self-service resources, including AI-assisted knowledge sharing where appropriate
- Act as a thought partner in evolving Flywire’s Sales Ops tech stack toward a more automated, intelligent, and insight-driven ecosystem
Qualifications
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations with a strong analytical and systems mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Experience with or strong interest in automation tools (e.g., workflow automation, low-code tools) and AI-powered analytics or productivity tools
- Ability to translate business problems into scalable, tech-enabled solutions rather than manual processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable, forward-looking insights
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
